The whole team at apex was great to work with. Andrew met with us and worked on a plan to fit both our budget and needs. When it came to installation they were on time, very professional and worked with us to get our new system setup perfectly. Everything is as we wanted in both layout and usage. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change their current audio/video environment.

We established a new set up beginning with a media room. Their performance exceeded our expectations, going the extra mile in every aspect. They meticulously handled every detail in a complex programming project, leaving no stone unturned. We are thrilled with the outcome! Their proactive approach and skill in designing systems allow even those without advanced programming knowledge to manage them. Do you miss customer service? If so, you must try this business. Andrew the owner gave us some great suggestions on how to make our living area better not just for what we were asking, but in general. For example the type of Wi-Fi we were using for our plaster walls, the type of internet we were using etc. These are things he doesn't get paid for, but gave us great advice on. The actual tv purchase & mounting was great. Each one of the installers were kind, respectful, listened, ask great questions, and made sure that I understood what they were doing. The tv that was recommended and the frame is just beautiful and it looks amazing. Everything is very clean and precise. They also made it very clear that if I had any questions they were a phone call a way. I did take them up on their offer a few times, and each time I got a call back within 1-2 hours. I saved Andrews number, I will definitely use his team again. I am not sure how he recruited such a great team of all great people, but this was an unexpected surprise.

Andrew and team were great, beginning to end! Andrew was very responsive with my questions and flexible when I needed to change the date and time of the walk-through of my home. I trusted his team's recommendations, and everything turned out great. They installed TVs, audio and wifi throughout our home. Everything has worked perfectly since the install, and the team was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I’ve never had such a professional team working in my home before on projects. They were friendly, inquisitive, patient, and saved me from a disaster of water overflowing in my sink when I was in the other room! I highly recommend them they are very professional.

Apex Audio/Video was such a pleasure to work with. Andrew (the owner) was a consummate professional - he provided insight into what we needed and what we didn't need. There was no pressure or worry, just honest feedback and dialogue. Andrew's crew (Brian, Connor, and Keith) started the work ahead of schedule - which was awesome! These guys were simply outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, patient with training, responsive, and they cleaned the entire house areas where they worked!! After two days of installation, you would have never known the project even happened - they were that diligent about tidying up. Without question would we recommend Apex and we wouldn't even consider working with another firm on our next projects - which will happen and be done only through Apex. During a time of uncertainty when working with contractors, it's reassuring to know that there are still incredibly honest people who do what they say without any negative surprises. If you have a lighting or AV project, then use these guys and request this team!

This is the second time I have used Apex and this time for a home move. They moved all 5 of our TVs set them up exactly how we wanted (multiple rokos and speakers), purchased and put in amplifiers that hooked into speakers already in the house for multiple rooms (there were a million wires, I have no idea how they figure it out), made sure all my wired and wifi connections were working correctly (they found an issue with our provider), and setup security cameras. Andrew took copious notes so the installers knew exactly what to do. They were on time, and we had no issues.
Apex has great customer service. They did the first time, and the 2nd time reinforced that this company makes customer service and quality a priority. A few words I think of when I think of this group: respect, kindness, customer focused, listeners, ensure understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and just good people. A shout out to Connor, Keith, Jake and Mike. Thank you for making my house homey, the experience delightful, and only wanting you to help me with my audio-visual needs. Andrew and his team are wonderful to work with. Andrew was very helpful in his walk through of my home. He truly listened to what I was concerned about and offered many helpful suggestions. Apex was able to provide solutions that others were not.
The two young men who did the installation were very conscientious and considerate. They were extremely patient in tutoring me on how everything worked and made sure all of my questions were answered. Their cleanup was exceptional. This is a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Apex is simply THE BEST! They are incredibly knowledgeable about the latest technology in sound and visual entertainment. We love music…we love movies…and we were desperate to find a company that would help us choose the TVs, speakers, and turntable that would enhance our home and our FUN!
Andrew and his fine, young team installed everything, patiently showed us how to use everything, and then stayed to balance and perfect the sound in every room.

Outstanding! They knew exactly what needed to be done to mount a TV above our natural fireplace. I'm beyond satisfied! I will not hesitate to give Apex a call when we finish our basem*nt! I definitely recommend these pros. The installers were super respectful and made sure we were satisfied the whole way through. The owner popped in as soon as they were finishing up to make sure we were satisfied as well! I'm so glad I paid a few extra bucks to have Apex instead of a "handyman" do this job. Absolutely worth it! Again, I'm beyond satisfied and I won't hesitate on who to call when we need Audio/Video work done. A+

Apex Audio/Video did an excellent job. I needed a new TV and soundbar installed as well as a new upgraded WiFi network now that I’m working from home. From day one they were extremely responsive and walked me through the whole process as I had a lot of questions. They even provided the equipment (TV, Soundbar, WiFi gear) at a competitive price. The install went very smoothly and at the end they showed me how to work everything. Overall I was very impressed and will be using them again.

Working with Apex Audio/Video was wonderful. Everything was properly done from start to finish. The in house presentation was thoroughly explained with product options and features. Their Apex technicians were very professional throughout the entire installation process. They were very neat from putting on the cloth booties to protect my floors to gracefully carrying in all the audio equipment to be installed. My Home Theater has an incredible picture and the surround sound/subwoofer really kicks. The owner did a follow-up visit to make sure we were pleased with the system. While this visit was just for a simple fix, we’ve had them mount TVs, install surround sound, add a Control4 smart home system, and much more. They have always been competitively priced and their techs are amazing - knowledgeable, on-time, and never leave a mess behind. Highly recommend them!

I originally stumbled on to Apex Audio thru a happy coincidence, when I had Googled “home theater” and discovered their site. At the time, some of the local Electronics showrooms were not doing installations due to the covid, so they were directing customers to find installers on their own.
I couldn’t be happier with my luck. Apex has done a magnificent job coordinating purchases (which in some cases they were able to discount) along with installation and setup.
I was in the process of adding Dolby Atmos in-ceiling speakers, adding extra surround speakers, and upgrading my receiver and blu-ray player to newer and more-powerful models. Apex Audio expertly guided, coordinated and installed the entire project to my complete satisfaction.
On the day of installation, I was amazed to see 3 Apex vehicles and a team of 4 arriving to perform the setup. I literally had no idea how extensive the process would be and the sheer amount of wire needed to run thru the ceiling, under the carpet, thru the side walls. Yet Andrew and his team went about the business in a collaborative and professional manner.
Apex frequently made suggestions that I had not thought of and presented some alternatives that enhanced the system as well. In addition, my wife and I were both very impressed that the team made every effort to keep the house and working area as clean as possible. The team was constantly vacuuming, removing boxes, plastic and debris throughout the entire process, and this was greatly appreciated. They also were able to “problem-solve” and come up with some creative solutions on the fly, as we found certain areas in the walls and ceiling were not accessible as we had hoped. Their expertise and know-how has plainly evident throughout.
Andrew also went above and beyond any expectations, even arranging the sale of some of my old equipment, as well as removing an old 90# subwoofer that was no longer working. Certainly this level of customer service was not expected, but was greatly appreciated, and helped make this process a pleasant experience.
Finally, the follow-up service was outstanding, as Andrew and his Apex team returned twice more, at no charge, to make some final adjustments, calibrate the system, and install some additional equipment. My wife and I could not be happier, and the final result was an outstanding and immersive home Dolby Atmos / Dolby Vision dynamic system with sound and vision that equals or exceeds any local Movie Theater we have ever experienced.
Andrew's stated goal is to "make customers for life" and he and his team have surely succeeded in this case. We look forward to working with Apex and the team again in the near future.
