Juice Recipes for Christmas Day

On the big day, there is nothing better than having fresh cold pressed juice available and at the ready for both you and your family! You can experiment with cute and fun ways to serve the juice, like scooping out the flesh from fruits like apples and using them as cups!

There are many reasons why it is so beneficial to include cold press juice in the festivities:

  • Cold press juice is rich in natural fibres meaning it will keep you fuller for longer and more satisfied which reduces the risk of over-indulging!
  • Everyone in the family can enjoy a cold press juice and if it's Christmas themed it will be an extra special treat!
  • Cold press juices are naturally sweet and will minimise sugar and treat cravings. Cold press juices will help to stop you reaching for those lolly jars.
  • Cold press juices are a great alternative to sodas, soft drinks, fruit juices and energy drinks which can be consumed in excess over the Christmas period.
  • Use cold press juices as an alternative to alcohol mixers, they will keep your body hydrated and nourished even while drinking alcohol.

Everyone likes to have a special drink on Christmas day - even the kids! Generally kids are given free-reign on Christmas day with the sodas, soft drinks, bottled juice and fruit concentrates. This can result in sugar highs, tantrums and eventually a plummeting sugar crash. This up and down, roller coaster effect is due to the artificial sugars and colours found in soft drink and artificial bottled juice. Which in turn has an affect on the whole family!

Why not give the kids an extra special Christmas juice which will both fill them full of nutrients not artificial sugars and make them feel like they are getting a special drink to sip on...
