Great value for money.
First point-and 'the' crucial one-the place is clean. After that, everything is a bonus. Beds are also comfortable though and the very helpful front desk staff will deliver, no problem, anything extra that you might need for the kitchen area.

Helpful staff.
There's no quibble over extra laundry if you need it and it will be delivered promptly to your door. Talk to staff though and discover great places to eat, such as Golden Buddha and Athens Pizza House. There are other places, a little nearer to home though, including the Waffle House.

The basics are met here. If you bring a pet with you, they'll go out of their way to fuss over it and ensure that he/she and you are more than happy.

There's no 'night shift'.
OK, you can manage without extra bedding and issues like that; but, it's worrying that there's no night time cover on the front desk ... because real emergencies can and do occur.

In fairness, they do state that rooms are serviced 'once a week', but the reality is that something more regular is needed. Lack of general maintenance is an issue, resulting in stained carpets, dirty bathrooms and generally, a less than happy stay.

Some guests felt that the room was crawling with ants. You sense that staff know all about these failings as they go out of their way to try and cover up things. The place, though, needs these brilliant staff members; plus effective management ... and urgent investment!
