I wonder, where does all the money in the economy go? There is enough of it around, but most people seem to be struggling… According to below article, “home ownership getting more and more difficult for average U.S. wage earners”. Then I read Scott Galloway newsletter this week about Hoarders where he said “Capitalism favors capital, so more quickly becomes irresistible. Unable to turn off the boosters, many überwealthy people become hoarders, obtaining more for no other purpose than amassing more.” I’m wondering, should there not be some rules against housing prices rising to unaffordable levels where the majority of people pay more than half their income on rent? Especially when it turns out that the owners of these dwellings are the überwealthy who keep their money hoarded and don’t recirculate their money in the economy? https://lnkd.in/eKk_-idV

The REBS+ Real Estate Business Summits put together by INMOBILIARE in Monterrey México was a huge success. We learned from the #realestate leaders about the #nearshoring wave that’s hitting the country and how to ride it most successfully. Thanks Cesar Ulises Trevino Trevino for adding the fun visuals for this metaphor. It was great to see Alicia Silva Ximena Gabriela Torres Sojo Verónica Ibarra Ruelas Lourdes Salinas Enrique Motolá Luis Alberto Vega Vaca and many other industry leaders. Thank you Guillermo Almazo Garza and Erico García García for offering me the opportunity to speak about #socialsustainability and #wellbeing that can be achieved through implementing the #WELL solutions.
