Great dinner. Next time i will add some vegetables and cumin. I used a pie pan instead of a spring form.

The first time I looked at this recipe, as suggested by my sister P, there was a wonderful picture of the pie. I wanted to show the recipe to my neighbor/husband/friend, and the picture is gone - just a napkin with a spoon and fork on it! I think the picture speaks a thousand words as to the impression the recipe makes, so, Where Is The Original Picture?? Please bring it back!

I would classify this as a good kid or family recipe. My daughter loved it but I found it a tad on the dull side. I don't really think you need a spring-form pan. I found this out because my pan was larger than the tortillas so it really served no purpose. But it turned out fine.

This was really great! I added some chopped red hot chilies to the chicken mixture & served w/sour cream (as another reviewer suggested). It was really quick & easy-but it needed more time in the oven, ttl of 20mins. I also brushed the torts w/a little olive oil to get them extra crispy. Definitely a keeper!

Yum! It was so easy, even when I made my own bean spread and cooked the chicken from frozen.

Very good weeknight meal. I added fresh jalapeño and cilantro to amp up the flavor and only made mine two tortillas high on a regular baking sheet!

I wouldn't necessarily serve this to company but I just LOVED this dish for a quick weeknight meal! So easy and delicious! You could serve it to company at a Super Bowl Party or something like that. I was just thrilled with how quick and easy it was to make and how good it turned out! Next time I'm going to serve sliced avocado and lime wedges as garnishes. This definitely goes into my regular rotation!

This was a fast, easy recipe I made on a busy weeknight. Everyone seemed to like it. The tortillas were super crispy and added a good crunch to the toppings. I didn't have a spring form pan, but used a cookie sheet and stacked everything just as I would otherwise; it worked just fine. It's not a favorite recipe, but it's definitely our backup when we are very busy and don't want to eat out.

Very Quick - Very Easy ! Will make again! of course could not find spicy black bean dip - so made my own with drained/rinsed can of black beans and salsa smashed and no "Fresh" salsa,so used the best I could find. Do not have a spring loaded pan so used one of those soft baking pans, round - worked great! Did after baking, however, place servings on dinner plates and re-heated in micro till nice and gooey before serving. YUM!

We made this with roasted garlic salsa tonight and loved it! This will go into our regular rotation. We'll try it with corn and black beans. I think it would be great with shrimp instead of chicken too. Check to be sure that it is heated through before removing it from the oven. We actually needed to cook for an additional 10 minutes.

This recipe was ok. I think it needs more to it though. I got bored eating it. I even added the avocado and cilantro. I think if you added corn, onions and jalapenos and maybe dip in sour cream. Might ruin the low fat content, but would improve the recipe. Overall a nice quick meal.

Great weekend dinner recipe. Made 2 layer pies and cooked on a cookie sheet. Came out nice and crispy with virtually no mess. 4 layers may be tough like this but 2 was no problem. Used refried low fat black beans with some cumin for spice as the base layer. Added some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado on top. Very adaptable and fast!

This is a great simple recipe. I didnt have a spring form pan so I just cooked in on a round cookie sheet. I added some frozen corn that I defrosted for a couple more veggies. I used jar salsa just to make it easier. The bean dip was too spicy for our kids, but all the adults loved it. I will make it again for sure!!
